RefineAI uses artificial intelligence to generate content. While we strive for high quality, AI can occasionally produce inaccurate or inappropriate results. You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated content before sending it.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use RefineAI for:

• Generating spam or unsolicited commercial messages.
• Creating hateful, harassing, or illegal content.
• Infringing on the intellectual property of others.
• Misrepresenting AI-generated content as purely human-written in contexts where disclosure is required.

5. Limitation of Liability

RefineAI is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall RefineAI be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides.
